The Economic Research Service

The Economic Research Service (ERS) is one of four agencies in the Research, Education, and Economics (REE) Mission Area of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). ERS provides economic analysis on efficiency, efficacy, and equity issues related to agriculture, food, the environment, and rural development to improve public and private decision making.
