Driving Directions to Hotel

• Washington, DC/National/ Reagan Airport - DCA (5 mi NE) Follow the signs to Washington D.C. (George Washington Parkway). Follow the parkway to the Memorial Bridge (there will be a fork in the parkway. Take the left exit/side of the fork and remain in the left lane until you get to the bridge and make a right onto the bridge). Bear left at end of bridge and make your 1st left on to 23rd St., turn right on to I St., left on to 22nd St,. The hotel is 5 blocks up on the right.
  
• Washington, DC/Dulles - IAD (25 mi SE) Follow the signs to Interstate 66 east to Washington. Follow I-66 to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (US Route 50). Once you cross the bridge, I-66 becomes Constitution Ave. Turn left off of Constitution Ave. on to 20th Street, turn left on K St. and right on 22nd. The hotel is ahead on the right.
  
• Baltimore-Washington Intl - BWI (40 mi S) Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway South (MD 295) to US 50 west (New York Ave.). Turn Right off of New York Ave. on to Massachusetts Ave. At Thomas Cir. Take the circle 3/4 around and exit M St. Follow M to 22nd. Turn right on to 22nd, the hotel is on the right.

Parking is $20 per day for hotel guests or $4 per hour/$16 max for people driving to the meeting each day.

BY METRO (Subway)

From Washington National Airport (DCA)

• Follow signs in Airport Terminal to the Metro Station
• Take Blue Line train towards Addison Road
• Exit at Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station (6 stops) and follow walking directions below 

From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

• Take 5A Bus "L'Enfant Plaza Metro".  $1.10 fare for the bus; can use $1.00 bill and/or exact change.
• Transfer to Metro Station at L'Enfant Plaza
• Board Metro train heading to either Vienna (Orange Line) or Franconia-Springfield (Blue Line)
• Exit at Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station (6 stops) and follow walking directions below

From Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport

• Take B3 Bus, "Greenbelt Station". $2.00 fare for the bus
• Departs BWI Airport Bus Stop at Pier E, Lower Level
• Board Green Line Metro train heading to Branch Avenue (It's the only train as you are at the end of the line)
• Exit train at Gallery Place/Chinatown station and go upstairs and transfer to the Red Line train heading to Shady Grove
• Exit at Dupont Circle (3 stops) and follow walking directions below 

Walking Directions from Metro Stations

From Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station (Blue/Orange Line)

• At top of escalator, turn left to walk up 23rd Street 
• At 1st stop light, Washington Circle, cross 23rd Street 
• Continue around Circle (GW Hospital will be on your right)
• Turn left onto 22nd Street
• Continue north on 22nd Street, crossing Pennsylvania Avenue, K Street, L Street, New Hampshire Avenue, and then M Street
• Washington Marriott is on the right at 1221 22nd Street, NW.

From Dupont Circle Metro Station (Red Line)

• Exit using Dupont Circle Exit; You will be on the southwest corner of Connecticut Ave and 19th Street
• Turn around and walk towards circle
• Go left around circle (Clockwise)
• Take first left onto New Hampshire Avenue
• Go 2 blocks on New Hampshire Avenue to N Street
• Turn right on N Street and go 1-1/2 blocks
• Turn left on 22nd Street
• Washington Marriott is on the left at 1221 22nd Street, NW.

Upon arrival follow signs for ground transportation, proceed to the outside curb and contact the SuperShuttle representative. After hours, call 1-800-258-3826 and press 1 for dispatch or 2 for reservations, which will transfer you to dispatch.

From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Upon arrival follow signs for ground transportation leading you directly to the SuperShuttle boarding area located on lower level, outside at curb 2A or 2H. There will be a uniformed Guest Service Representative who will assist with baggage and boarding. After 12:00am call 703-416-7884.  Fare is about $22 for the first person and $10 for each additional person.  So if you see any of your colleagues on the same flight you can form a group and save some money.

From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): 

• Washington Flyer Taxicabs serve Dulles International Airport exclusively with 24-hour service to and from the airport. Taxicab Dispatchers are on duty 24 hours a day at the East and West ramps on the lower level of the Main Terminal. Wheelchair mini buses only accommodate 1 chaired or disabled passenger and 3 additional non-chaired passengers. Smoking and non-smoking vehicles are available by request.  Approximate one way fares to Washington, DC, range from $44 to $50

• Washington Flyer Coach Service: Operated by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, the Washington Flyer Coach Service provides a convenient link between Washington Dulles and the West Falls Church Metrorail (Orange Line) station. All coaches are disabled-accessible.  Go to the podium located inside the vestibule of Door 4 located on the Arrivals Level in the Main Terminal. Purchase ticket(s) here and board the bus here (Main Terminal at Door 4 located on the Arrivals Level).  Fare is $8.00 one-way, $14.00 round trip.  Board Orange Line Train heading to New Carrolton.  Exit at Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station and follow walking directions above.
