This Web site from North Carolina has created an innovative way of providing nutrition education to low-risk participants.  It has won the 2008 NC WIC Innovative Practices Award. It is similar to a restaurant menu, which consists of a variety of nutrition education topics, giving the participant the opportunity to choose what they want to learn about.  This Web site includes a training video, along with a variety of Microsoft Publisher and PDF files.  It is also available in Spanish.
