Food Package Education Campaign Research

Food Package Education Campaign Research
In order to develop a unified nutrition education campaign that targets WIC participants, staff, vendors and partners (i.e. physicians, food banks, extension agents)   Texas WIC conducted qualitative research with WIC participants, WIC staff, WIC vendors and WIC partners and a quantitative phone poll with 600+ WIC participants.  The purpose of the research was to understand current participant perceptions of WIC food package and gauge potential perceptions of the coming changes as well as identify potential problem areas and communication concerns.
