- Enforceable State Mechanisms for the Control of Nonpoint Source Water Pollution, from the Environmental Law Institute, examines "enforceable mechanisms the states have available to them, the scope of the existing mechanisms used by the states, and the general limitations and impediments that accompany some of these mechanisms, in order to inform the nation's policy decisions on the remaining nonpoint problem."
- Environmental Law Materials, from Cornell Law School, provides access to environmental statutes; searchable Code of Federal Regulations.

- The National Agriculture Compliance Assistance Center, of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, "is the "first stop" for information about environmental requirements that affect the agricultural community."
- The National Center for Agricultural Law Research and Information (NCALRI) "conducts research and analysis and provides up-to-date information to farmers and agri-businesses, attorneys, community groups, and others confronting agricultural law issues." NCALRI and the National Agricultural Library (NAL) are cooperating organizations.
