"The Sustainable Agriculture Education (SAgE) Emphasis, Associates of Arts (A.A.) or Associates of Science (A.S.) degree integrates the study of food production methods and food systems models for sustainable bioregions." Topics covered include agroecology, urban food production, agroforestry, food systems analysis, and an internship, practicum or research in sustainable agriculture.
