The Sustainable and Organic Agriculture A.A.S. "Transfer" Degree Pathway is an articulation agreement with the Washington State University College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resources Sciences (CAHNRS)

The CFANS Undergraduate Minor in Sustainable Agricultural Systems is available to undergraduates in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS). Students interact with faculty involved in sustainable agriculture research; with practitioners who are applying sustainable principles on their farms; and with organizations and agencies that work on myriad aspects of sustainability in Agriculture. Internships required.

The College of the Extended University at Cal Poly partnered with Archipley's Family Farm, Inc. (AFFI), also know as Archi's Acres to offer a six-week Sustainable Agriculture Training (SAT) certificate program. Upon completion, students also earn 17 quarter units of academic credit at Cal Poly State Polytechnic University - Pomona.
