"The Ecological Sustainability Landscape (ESL) is a 110-acre tract of land including fields, forests, wetlands, and streams, complete with a three-story house and outbuildings. Located on the Fulton Center for Sustainable Living, the farm is USDA certified organic and produces crops for the campus and the community. The farm is available to students for coursework, internships, workstudy and volunteer opportunities. Courses offered include agroecology and permaculture. Fulton Farm hosts an 80-share CSA program and provides workshops, demonstrations, classes and other events for community.
