The College's 50-acre, USDA-certified organic farm is available to students and faculty for research projects, labs and onsite courses. Crops are earmarked for the campus Dining Hall and the farm's Campus Supported Agriculture program. Youth programs include "Farm, Cook, Eat, Sustainable Earth Education (SEED)" courses and workshops.
