"The Organic Farming Program is a 36-credit, one-year certificate program offered through a partnership between Delaware Valley University and Rodale Institute." The program helps military veterans transition to civilian life by preparing them for a career in organic farming. GI Bill Benefits or Tuition Assistance may be available for the program. The program also is open to nonveterans.

Archi's Acres partners with California State Polytechnic University to provide the Veterans Sustainable Agriculture Training (VSAT) program. This six-week "agricultural entrepreneurial incubator" program trains transitioning service men and women, as well as the general public, in sustainable and organic agriculture techniques. The program includes six Cal Poly Pomona courses, and students can earn 17 quarter units of academic credit for these courses in addition to receiving the certificate.

"Cal Poly Pomona College of the Extended University has partnered with Archi's Acres, a local organic farm, to provide the Sustainable Agriculture Training (SAT) program. The six week certificate program includes six Cal Poly Pomona courses and students will earn 17 quarter units of academic credit for these courses in addition to receiving the certificate. These academic credits can be applied to a bachelor's degree through Cal Poly Pomona or other educational institutions."
