The Agroecology undergraduate minor "is open to all baccalaureate students. It is designed for students majoring in Biological Sciences, Plant & Soil Sciences, Horticultural Science and Animal Science, but will be of interest to a wide array of students as agriculture has broad implications in the life sciences, economics, and sociology."

The Agroecology Summer Intensive is an undergraduate 10-week residential curriculum in academic and experiential learning at Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center of Goshen College. It comprises four courses (14 credits) in Sustainable Agriculture: soils, vegetable crops, agroecology and small farm management/produce marketing that count towards the school's Agroecology Minor.
