Housing for Senior Citizens
Description
Brochure. "Loans for rental housing for senior citizens in rural areas. The Farmers Home Administration, under Title V of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended in 1962, makes direct and insured loans to provide rental housing in rural areas for senior citizens, 62 years of age or older. These loans fill a housing credit gap in rural areas and offer an opportunity for senior citizens to maintain their independence and to live out their lives in dignity in the communities where they have spent their working days and where their roots are deepest."
