Owen Hugh Graham

Owen Hugh (O.H.) Graham (1917-2007) worked as an entomologist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) from 1939-1942 and from 1946 until his retirement in 1984. During this time he held several positions with the USDA, primarily in Texas, and was involved in the screwworm eradication program.
