Wayne Rasmussen after giving a speech during his visit to Tehran, Iran, in 1976. On the left is Iranian Minister of Agriculture Mansour Rouhani. Photographs of this event also appeared in a magazine put out by the United States Information Service on life in the United States and its relations with Iran, called Marzhaye Now (New Frontiers).
