Objective
To analyze up to 500 samples of fat for up to 17 congeners of dioxins and furans in beef, pork, and poultry as provided to ARS by FSIS.
More information
Samples will be prepared and analyzed by ARS using isotope dilution methods with high resolution gas chromatograph/high resolution mass spectrometry according to EPA Method 1613 for analysis of chlorinated dioxins and furans.
