- Project emphasis will determine: (1) the heat inactivation, serological reactivation kinetics, and behavioral characteristics of staphylococcal enterotoxin under typical canning conditions (2); growth parameters of selected non-aureus enterotoxigenic staphylococci; and (3) the effectiveness of selected rapid methods for toxins.
