      The inhibition capacity of four combinations of three lactic acid bacteria (LAB) (Lactococcus lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Carnobacterium piscicola) has been demonstrated against Listeria monocytogenes in fresh farmed sea bass fillets artificially contaminated.
