    • Herein, a novel electrochemical sensing platform is designed for the simultaneous detection of Cd2+ and Pb2+, using MXene@rGO composite aerogel-doped UiO-66-NH2.   9. DNAzyme amplified dispersion state change of gold nanoparticles and its dual optical channels for ultrasensitive and facile detection of lead ion in preserved eggs

    • A dual-mode sensing platform for Pb2+ was constructed based on the dual optical channels of Au NPs system with the amplification of DNAzyme, and it was successfully applied for Pb2+ determination in preserved egg with satisfactory results. The presence of Pb2+ activated the DNAzyme and induced the dispersion change of Au NPs in high salt concentration.

    • The development of different matrix adsorbents is a research focus in the multiresidue analysis of veterinary drugs in foods. In this study, a novel elastic matrix adsorbent based on a reduced graphene oxide-coated melamine sponge was prepared and applied in matrix purification for the simultaneous determination of 52 veterinary drugs in mutton by UPLC–MS/MS. Efficient and convenient matrix removal was achieved through simple soaking and squeezing.

    • A novel dual-signal fluorescent sensor was developed for detecting organophosphorus pesticides (OPs). It relies on the catalytic activities of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and choline oxidase (ChOx) to generate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) through the conversion of acetylcholine (ACh) to choline·H2O2 then oxidizes ferrocene-modified tetraphenylethylene (TPE-Fc) to its oxidized state (TPE-Fc+), resulting in enhanced cyan fluorescence due to aggregation.

  22. Development of QuEChERS-based multiresidue analytical methods to determine pesticides in corn, grapes and alfalfa

    • Analytical methods based on QuEChERS and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were developed for the determination of 42 polar and semi-polar pesticides in three representative vegetable matrices, viz. corn, grapes and alfalfa. A 26-2 fractional factorial experimental design was used to cost-effectively optimize the extraction procedure. The optimal analytical approaches were validated in terms of linearity, sensitivity, trueness, and precision.
