DIDAg 2018 - Poster and Abstract Submission Info
Poster boards will be available for participants who wish to share their projects during break times.
Posters must fit on a 25" x 30" (H x W) surface, if they are larger we may be able to combine two boards. Pushpins will be provided.
It is not necessary to submit an abstract in advance, but we will compile all submitted abstracts into a PDF program to be published and citable on FigShare. We will encourage sharing of all presentations (posters and slide decks) to a FigShare collection.
To submit presentation and poster abstracts:
Please format in 12-point, Times New Roman font, preferably in Microsoft Word format.
The Title should begin on line 1 in boldface caps. Then type the authors' names - first name, middle initial and last name. The presenting author should be the first author listed. For multiple authors, each author should have a numbered superscript for their institutional affiliation(s).
On the next line, please spell out the complete name of the laboratory or institution affiliations: institution, department, city and state (and country, if not USA). For example: Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia. Again, use superscripts to associate multiple authors and institutions.
Leave one blank line. Begin the Abstract text on a new line with no indent; limit the text to no more than 450 words.
Please send your document to email@example.com by June 15 to be included in the program for the meeting.
