Agronomic, Environmental, and Resistant Germplasm Effects on Aflatoxins and Other Mycotoxins

Objective

Determine agronomic, environmental, and genetic resistance factors that influence aflatoxins, fumonisims, and other mycotoxins on corn production in the mid south.
Develop agronomic systems that maximize corn yields and profits while minimizing toxin development.
Integrate mycological, agronomic, and corn genetic resistance into an improved strategy.

More information

Determine agronomic and environmental factors that influence aflatoxins and mycotoxins. Develop systems that combine resistant germplasm and agronomic practices into a system that maximizes yield and minimizes health risk.
