Antimicrobial resistance in different origins, types, and forms of seafood

Objective

Our long-term goal of this project is to mitigate antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and improve food safety by improving our understanding and public awareness of AMR in seafood. The objectives of this project are to determine AMR associated with different origins, types, and forms of shrimp and antimicrobials use in farm raised shrimp.
