Objective
The purpose of this project is to develop a series of distance learning workshops on retail HACCP principles and practices for small food retailers, Extension Educators, and county public health professionals. The multi-media workshops will adapt and use existing video conferencing networks in Arizona and build from the states' current Safe Food 2000 partnership.
