Objective

<li>Determine if a combined exposure to melamine and cyanuric acid in newborn F344 rats is more nephrotoxic than exposure to the individual compounds.</li>
<li>Establish the dose-response curve for the combined exposure.</li>
<li>Investigate the longer-term effects during a recovery period.</li></ol></p>
