Key research questions Three key research questions will inform the rapid evidence assessment: • What is the evidence base on the concept of consumer behaviour towards seafood consumption? For example, research on consumer behaviour towards specific fish and seafood species and the drivers behind it. • What is the evidence base on the existence and significance of barriers to seafood consumption in the UK? For example, research on historical, cultural and other aspects of seafood consumption. • What is the evidence base on how other countries have managed to motivate seafood consumption by identifying and removing barriers? For instance, research on specific behavioural approaches that have worked in similar contexts.
