Objective
Evaluate methods of genetic subtyping as a means to differentiate and track Campylobacter spp. in poultry production; Determine the significance of Campylobacter spp. in the poultry environment through the processed product; Determine which bacterial types and isolates have antagonistic activities against Campylobacter.
