Creating A SAFE (Safety and Food Excellence) Montana

Objective

This project will improve the ability of food service workers to adopt HACCP principles. A 'SAFE Child & Senior Nutrition Program' will be developed to enhance safe food handling practices. A special collaborative food safety educational project will be developed with Tribal Community Colleges.
