To conduct research, provide outreach training, education and technical assistance to Tennessee's beginning, young, small farmers and ranchers. Specific Objectives are:(1) Examine factors affecting land access, ownership and transfer,(2) Develop curriculum on land access, ownership and tenure,(3) Conduct training that will address farmland succession, financial management and marketing issues, and(4) Recommend policies that will improve land ownership, access and tenure for new, young, beginning, aging and small farmers
