Developing Therapies Against Cryptosporidiosis

Objective

To produce plasmid DNA constructs that can express recombinant CP15/60 or CP41 protein in Escherichia coli.

More information

The DNA sequences encoding the Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst proteins CP15/60 or CP41 will be cloned into Escherichia coli plasmid vectors. E. coli will be transformed with plasmid CP15/60 or plasmid CP41 and tested or expression of the respective proteins.
