Utilizing materials from previous grants, this grant will allow us to expand the use of these materials to every county (95) in the State of Tennessee. This grant will also allow county agents to develop some of their own specific materials (posters, displays, written materials (posters, displays, written materials, demonstration materials) for their county audience. It will allow the Project Director to do more in-depth training of the county agents. "Train-the-Trainer" concepts will be used throughout this program. Evaluation instruments will be developed at both the state and county levels. County agents will use these instruments to assess the extent to which food service establishments that receive training implement recommended procedures.
