The identification of bTB at slaughter - developing annual monitoring of Slaughterhouse performance

1. Put together a specification that clearly defines the outputs from project SE3133 that Defra whish to form part of the annual analysis2. Port all necessary code required onto APHA systems3. Get the pipline working and internally test4. Run the two systems in parallel5. Investigate the model performance when the timespan of the data inputs (currently 10 years) is reduced6. Incorporate the model outputs into the bTB Surveillance in GB slaughterhouses reportAll of the above tasks will require the assistance of Cambridge and Exeter with them providing modelling and statistical expertise and advice
