Objective
Objective 1: To test the efficacy of three essential oil-based volatiles on postharvest shelf life and quality of small fruits and vegetables and identify the best one. Objective 2: To study the mechanism by which these essential oil volatiles affect the fruit degradation during postharvest and to further investigate their mode of action.
