The goal of the project is to increase the crop production and improve agricultural sustainability by developing and adapting smart farming technologies, including UAV, machine vision, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). The following objectives are proposed to support this project.Develop high-throughput crop phenotyping technologies to increase crop genetic gains in yield and stress resilience.Investigate and implement smart farming technologies, including UAV, IoT and AI technologies, in precision agriculture to increase crop production and improve sustainability.Validate and optimize developed technologies in scaled-up production.
