Pesticide Methods Research

Objective

FDA pesticide monitoring capabilities will be expanded to include many ionic or highly polar pesticides,using advanced HLC chromatography and detection techniques. Sulfur-specific detection will expand monitoring capabilities to include many toxic metabolites that contain this element. Efficient immunoassay techniques will be adapted for rapid, high volume analyses.
