Current project proposes to develop a curriculum, evaluation plan, and implementation plan, for a master's degree in public health tracked in food safety and foodborne disease epidemiology. Specifically project proposes: (1) Development of foodborne diseases epidemiology and food safety advisory panel. (2) Faculty enhancement in food safety epidemiology and risk assessment. (3) Development of food safety and foodborne disease epidemiology curriculum. (4) Annual meetings of advisory panel.
