Salmonella Control in Broiler Production

<p>To develop alternative methods for the delivery of musocal competitive exclusion (MCE) cultrues to young broiler chickens, and to support studies to gain FDA approval of this patented and licensed technology.</p>

<p>Development of new technologies such as alternative spray methods or soft gels or encapsulation which can be utilized to deliver MCE in the hatchery; and assisting Wayne Farms in completion of commercial field trials to validate efficacy of Mucosal Starter Culture (MSC, the commercial form of MCE).</p>
