Objective

Develop quantitative relation between insect damage, aflatoxin content and seller's and buyer's risk in almonds.

More information

Insect damaged lots, at levels of 2%-20% damage, will be analyzed to establish aflatoxin distribution. Previous work for pistachios will be extendd to almonds. Documents Trust agreement with Almond Board of California.Formerly 5325-42000-030-02T (05/01).
