Materials: (for three bibs)
One-half yard 36" ratine or similar soft material
One 8-yard bolt No. 5 nainsook bias binding
Six wooden beads or metal rings
Thread to match the binding
To Make:
Step 1. Cut a pattern following the measurements in draft.
Step 2. Reenforce bib on underside at eyelet perforations with 3/4" twilled tape.
Step 3. Open fold of narrow side of bias tape. Baste in creased line to right side of bib omitting neck edge.
Step 4. Fold to underside, press, baste, and stitch.
Step 5. Bind neck edge leaving 19" string of tape at each side. Stretch and press, then make continuous stitching.
Step 6. Work 1/4" eyelets with blanket stitch at points marked on draft. Cross tapes at back of neck, pull through eyelets and attach beads or rings.
