The Hispanic orchard employee education program (HOEEP) is a 19-week certificate program designed for the Latino workforce in the tree fruit and viticulture industries. Courses offered include horticulture, integrated pest management, and viticulture.

The Sustainable Living Department offers a 10-month Certificate program in Regenerative Organic Agriculture and a Bachelor's degree in the same area. The programs emphasize practices that improve soil and create balanced farm ecosystems. The certified organic farm and greenhouses provide hands-on learning opportunities for students, including marketing to local buyers and via a CSA program. Students have access to internship opportunities on farms from the local areas to overseas.
