"The Food, Farm, and Sustainability Institute at Hampshire College is a 6-week experiential, academic program focusing on food production and sustainable agriculture, centered at the Hampshire College Farm Center. Key topics include agroecology; organic and sustainable agriculture; soil health and sustainability; pest management; and more. Eight transfer credits may be awarded for program completion.

Hampshire's interdisciplinary Environmental Studies and Sustainability Program (ESSP) is a multidisciplinary program through which students develop an interdisciplinary, project-based course of study.
