Most requests are fulfilled within two business days and delivered electronically or by standard mail. USDA Employees
USDA employees can use eAuth to request items through:

- Land Grant Tribal Colleges
- Chesapeake Information and Research Library Alliance members (CIRLA)
- Agricultural Libraries Network (AGLINET) member libraries requesting U.S.-published materials.
NOTE: AGLINET members are charged standard fees for materials published outside the United States.
