This project proposes to support and train students and research assistants to perform various hydrological analyses to understand the impacts of forested watersheds on streamflow regimes. The objectives of this study include:Examine relationships between rainfall, soil moisture, and high flow conditions in forest watersheds.Understand the implications of different soil types in forested watersheds and associated soil moisture patterns regarding streamflow.Evaluate the impact of forest on watershed's wetness, ultimately impacting the streamflow regime.
