Objective
SEA activity as a superantigen will be quantitated in vitro, using T-cell. T-cell stimulation will be measured as cell proliferation, apoptosis and induction of cytokines,adapting nonradioactive assays. Physical characterization of SEA will be carried out using Western blotting, chromatographic and electrophoretic separations and spectroscopy.
