Development, Optimization and Integration of Food Sampling Methods with Biosensor Technologies to Detect Foodborne Pathogens/Biological Agents in Food Matrices

The objective is to develop and optimize the extraction and concentration of pathogenic bacteria from a variety of real-world food matrices, and to integrate these processes with analytical instruments and biosensors for the sensitive detection of these pathogens in foods.
