The major goal of this project is to improvedairy cattle health and wellbeing by advancing knowledge of the mechanisms in which oxidative stress contributes to the pathophysiology of bovine mastitis.The objectivesof this project arei)To establish the bioactivity of select IsoP on bovine endothelial cells; (ii) To determine if the inflammatory IsoP profile can be modulated to the benefit of vascular function.
