Objective

<p>To substantially mitigate the risk of STEC infections associated with beef products through comprehensive research, outreach and education. Develop and validate traditional and novel interventions to mitigate the risk of STEC contamination on hides, carcasses, ground beef and non-intact beef products.</p>
