Solving the inadequacies of current approaches to analysis of antibiotic resistance data.

Given the urgent need to control AMR emergence, it is critical that we develop new/alternative approaches to the statistical analysis of AMR data that will allow the detection of resistance development in a timely manner and enable the quick implementation of appropriate mitigation measures. Our long-term goal is to facilitate better control of AMR. This project serves that goal by developing statistical methods capable of more timely detection of AMR emergence.
