APPROACH: <p>
Identify partners and facilitate travel of partners to and from ARS labs and the field in validation of RRT-PCR technology in the international network of diagnostic veterinary laboratories and veterinarians. Distribute quality control tests panels for avian influenza and Newcastle disease RRT-PCR tests to diagnostic partners and collect data for analysis.
