Objective
(1) Examine the effects of phytochemicals and other dietary components on gut microbiota and intestinal function. (2) Identify cellular mechanisms and host molecular targets of beneficial or adverse dietary components that influence human health. (3) Explore the interaction between dietary components and the host metabolome and epigenome.
