Goals/Objectives of Research 1. Investigate the effect of increasing terrestrial and marine temperatures and changes in weather patterns on food safety risks in Maine-grown foods2. Explore the effects of altered environmental conditions on persistence and processing resistance of foodborne pathogens3. Combat emerging risks though process development4.
