1. Conduct and present a thorough literature review on the use of blockchain technology in supply chains. 2. Conduct and present a thorough literature review on the use of blockchain technology in agri-food supply chains. 3. Propose our own model of deploying blockchain technology in an agri-food supply chain. 4. Provide insights to key stakeholders of how blockchain may be used to mitigate food fraud/fake food. 5. Suggest the incentives a governing body may impose on a supply chain to reduce/eliminate the propensity of fake food in Canadian stores.
